Andrea Miliccia

Chief Executive Officer
Andrea served as Director of Protocol & Guest Management for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and Head of Protocol at Saudi Aramco’s King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra) from 2014 to 2022. With over 20 years of experience delivering VIP visits and events across international sporting, corporate, and cultural contexts, he has contributed to four Olympic Games, two FIFA World Cups, one Asian Games, and a G8 Summit. His expertise in VIP service environments and world-class hospitality and protocol services for events, corporate, and government clients positions Operal as a leading choice for VIP management and fan experiences globally and in the Middle East.

Marco Sansoni

Chief Operating Officer
With over 20 years of experience in fan engagement, fan experience, and event operations, Marco has held pivotal roles with Local Organizing Committees, International Sports Federations, and leading hospitality and marketing agencies, delivering some of the world’s most prestigious events, including six Olympic Games, five FIFA World Cups, Formula 1, the Asian Games, and the Ryder Cup. Known for his strategic vision and leadership, he has led large-scale operations, overseeing more than 4,500 staff and volunteers at a single event (FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014). His commitment to creating memorable fan journeys that build loyalty and exceed expectations positions him as a key contributor to Operal’s delivery of world-class, human-centric experiences.

Abdulaziz, Co-founder and CEO of Cultural Assets Group, is recognized as one of Saudi Arabia’s leading talents in the cultural sector. His journey began with pioneering community initiatives in collaboration with both public and private sectors. He has played a key role in founding multiple cultural companies, contributing to museum design and construction, as well as the innovation and marketing of cultural experiences.
